Students had a budget of $80 to plan a Thanksgiving meal for six family members. It was hard work, but most everyone stayed under budget. Happy Thanksgiving from Third Grade!

Student Council members worked together to prepare "care packages" for local Veterans. They decorated the front of the building with flags and ribbons in the trees. The care packages contained a star cookie, bookmark and handwritten card. Veteran's got their bags by a "drive-up" method. They also sent care packages to the Veteran's at the nursing home in Gifford.
